As part of our sustainability policy, the agreed price for a month includes an electricity consumption of up to 200 kW. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 0.16111 €/kWh will be charged. This measure promotes responsible energy consumption and reduces CO2 emissions. We appreciate your cooperation in using electricity efficiently and contributing to a more sustainable future. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival, and any additional fees will be paid during check-out.
Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit of 500 euros is required. You have the option to pay this deposit in cash or authorize a pre-authorization hold on your credit card. The deposit will be returned to you during check-out, provided that the apartment is in the same condition as it was during check-in.
